I wanted a way to keep fit at home without having to go to the gym, and this adjustable dumbbell and barbell set has been great. Everything fits together easily, the grips are comfortable, and there’s plenty of weight for a good workout. It even comes with a handy guide showing 20 different exercises, which is a nice bonus. Everything arrived well packaged with no missing parts. Really pleased with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to work out at home.
I bought the neoprene dumbbells as part of my home workout setup and they’ve been a great addition. The neoprene coating gives them a soft, grippy feel which makes them comfortable to hold, even when your hands get a bit sweaty. Unlike bare metal dumbbells, they don’t feel slippery and they don’t dig into your palms.
Merach exercise bike is a great bit of kit. Easy to assemble and a very robust exercise bike. Great price. Would definitely recommend.
